Meet the FRANpros
Sean is known for his high-energy approach to life, sport, and of course, business. He has spent the majority of his professional career creating and nurturing relationships across North America in a variety of industries. Sean's personal life has included sports and coaching, which he has been able to apply to his business philosophy, embracing prospects, communicating clearly, and mentoring them through the process has allowed Sean to find a niche in the franchise sales market.
After short, but very successful, tenures at two national brands as an executive, Sean realized that this was his career path that began and is the genesis story of FRANpro.
VP of Sales/COO
Brady has over 10+ years of Sales, Marketing, Negotiating and Business Development experience. His business path has led to success in some key areas including marketing, direct sales, financial negotiating, problem-solving, leadership, and following complex sales strategies.
Brady received an Athletic Hockey Scholarship. He attended Dordt University in Iowa with a focus on Business & Marketing while playing hockey. Brady also is an avid hockey coach and fan and loves to give back to the community. He also enjoys watching movies, playing guitar, golfing and writing music, but most importantly loves spending time with his family.
Kim spent 25 years as a Controller of an international manufacturing firm, and along the way, gained tremendous insight into accounting, management, and global operations. Since retiring from her successful and loyal career, Kim has focused on her passion for photography, project management, and all things creative.
Kim also has her very own photography company in which she highlights Cheerleading, Hockey, Football, Baseball, and Family Portraits. Kim is an integral part of FRANpro Consulting and supports us with all administrative functions and creative assets including graphics, design and photography.
Baker is one of FRANpro's top emerging Franchise Consultant's. Baker is skilled in marketing, sales, and communication, and loves to problem-solve. Baker is a dedicated member of the FRANpro team and wants to see all our clients become successful franchisees.
Baker received an Athletic Football Scholarship which was the largest single amount given to a student at his high school. He attended Midland University in Nebraska with a focus on Psychology & Business while playing football. Recently, Baker completed his Professional Sales Certificate at KPU. Baker is an avid hiker and outdoorsman and loves to listen to music & podcasts.
