Sean Douglas is known for his high energy approach to life, sport and of course, business. He has spent the majority of his professional career creating and nurturing relationships across North America in a variety of industries. Sean's personal life has included sport and coaching, which he has been able to apply to his business philosophy, embracing prospects, communicating clearly, and mentoring them through the process has allowed Sean to find a niche in the franchise sales market.
After short, but very successful, tenures at two national brands as an executive, Sean realized that this was his career path which began, and is the genesis story of FRANpro.
Kim Douglas spent 25 years as a Controller of an international manufacturing firm, and along the way, gained tremendous insight into accounting, management, and global operations. Since retiring from her successful and loyal career, Kim has focused on her passion for photography, project management and all things creative. Kim is an integral part of FRANpro Consulting and supports the back office with all administrative functions.

Jeff Whitehead is known for his excellent customer service and leadership. The majority of his career has been in sales and management with 15+ years in the window and door industry and the last few years in the fire industry.
He really enjoys the challenge of coaching individuals through tough situations and making the right decisions in either business or personal choices. Jeff enjoys introducing new brands and being a part of new startups and ventures. He has worked with the majority of brands that FRANpro represents such as Assembli Pizza, Local Handyman and previously Mary Browns Chicken. He has been part of three provincial football championship teams and loves being a part of a team’s success.
Roop Virk, comes to the team with over 23 years of executive-level business-development, commodity export, finance, banking, project-management, government and international-relations experience.
Roop spent a considerable amount of time working with one of Canada’s largest financial institutions and has worked with and advised numerous organizations. Previously, he oversaw the successful implementation and operation of BC First Nations–Corporate Business Joint Ventures in the resource and commodity export industries from the US, Italy and Canada to markets in the Pacific Rim.
